Legal Pilz
5.1-6.2% ABV

Czech-style Lager
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Legal Pilz Czech-Style Lager

A pale, crisp lager with no frills. The clean flavors of malt and hops shine through in this traditional beer style.

Perhaps one of the most widely recognized European lager styles, the Czech Pilsner is designed to feature the simple, clean flavors of high-quality malt and hops. A relatively neutral fermentation character allows the subtle bready malt flavor to shine through, followed by a balancing dose of noble hops that lead to a crisp finish. A perfectly light style for microbrewery veterans and craft beer newbies alike.

Mexican Lager
5.3-5.4% ABV

International Pale Lager
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Mexican Lager

A thirst-quenching, pale straw-colored lager with a slightly sweet malt flavor balanced by mild hops.

The arrival of spring in Colorado means it’s time to enjoy some sunshine with a cold beer! This style of lager is known worldwide for its light flavor and refreshing, clean finish. Our Mexican lager features a clean flavor profile with a hint of malt sweetness from flaked maize balanced by a mild dose of earthy and floral hops.

Raspberry Cream Ale
5.2-6.3% ABV

Cream Ale with Real Raspberry Purée
16oz $7.00, 8oz $4.50, 4oz $2.25
Glass of Raspberry Cream Ale

Bright, tangy raspberry flavor features prominently against a clean and refreshing cream ale base. A slightly sweet, refreshing choice for any occasion. (contains no dairy products!)

Despite their name, cream ales generally do not contain any dairy products (although if you are dairy-sensitive, you should always ask anyway!). Cream ale is a pre-prohibition American beer style with roots in traditional German brewing. They feature a clean, refreshing taste reminiscent of pale European lagers. We added a whole bunch of real raspberry purée to a solid cream ale base to create the ultimate refresher: a bright, slightly tangy raspberry delight!

Hard Seltzer
4.6-5.4% ABV

Naturally Fermented Seltzer with Rotating Flavors
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Hard Seltzer

Light, crisp seltzer brewed from corn sugar with natural fruit and vegetable purées and juices.

With the recent explosion of hard seltzers onto the market, we decided it was about time we tried our hand at making these crisp, lightly flavored, sparkling beverages. We ferment corn sugar with real puréed fruits and vegetables to explore a wide variety of flavors. The ingredients in our seltzers are gluten-free, but we can’t guarantee a gluten-free product because cross-contamination with gluten is possible in our brewing equipment.

Call us or ask your server to find out which flavor is on tap now!

1 + 3/4 IPA
6.4-7.1% ABV

American West Coast IPA
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of 1 + 3/4 IPA

A bright golden American IPA with a medium body, balanced by hops with strong notes of pine and a pleasant, slightly bitter finish.

Our take on a classic American IPA, One and Three-Quarters features a medium body and a subtle sweetness balanced by bold hop flavor. With strong notes of pine reminiscent of the Rocky Mountain forests, this IPA is a perfect compliment to the Colorado lifestyle. Originally conceived as a strong IPA that fell just short of the “double IPA” classification, 1 + 3/4 has been a favorite among SomePlace Else patrons since we opened nearly five years ago.

Spock’s Brain IPA
7.1-7.9% ABV

Heavily Dry-Hopped IPA
16oz $7.00, 8oz $4.50, 4oz $2.25
Glass of Spock's Brain IPA

A hop-forward, light- to medium-bodied American IPA featuring a bright hop aroma, neutral malt profile, balanced bitterness, and intense hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus.

Of course, we had to jump on the extra-hoppy beer train! Spock’s Brain was conceived on a brew day while Alex and Ryan worked to the nostalgic sounds of the original Star Trek series. A light- to medium-bodied double IPA, Spock’s Brain is massively dry hopped with over 15 oz of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops per barrel to yield a hop-forward, yet easy drinking beer with intense flavors of mango, guava, and grapefruit.

G.O.A.T. NEIPA
5.4% ABV

New England IPA
16oz $7.00, 8oz $4.50, 4oz $2.25
Glass of G.O.A.T. New England IPA

A pale blonde, sessionable, and extremely hazy New England IPA featuring citrus and tropical fruit flavors from aggressive dry hopping.

Following the tradition of New England IPAs, we add most of the hops later in the brewing process to capture all of the delicious hop flavor without much hop bitterness. We took a smooth, oat-heavy brew and double-dry-hopped with generous portions of Citra and Simcoe hops to impart intense citrus and tropical fruity flavors with just a hint of pine. Coupled with a smooth mouthfeel and light body, the crisp hop flavor makes this beer 2021’s supreme thirst-quencher.

As for the name – not only do we think this is the greatest oat IPA we have brewed, we also collaborate with local ranchers who use our spent brewing grains (from our other beers, too) as a supplementary feedstock for goats!

Alpine Loop Amber
5.8-6.2% ABV

American Amber Ale
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Alpine Loop Amber Ale

A bright, balanced amber ale featuring caramel malt flavors and a light to moderate hop profile for a slightly sweet finish.

Named for a favorite ATV trail, this beer has humble beginnings as the very first homebrew batch that Ryan ever made. This classic American amber ale features caramel malt flavors in a medium-bodied, slightly sweet beverage with a modest hop profile. An easy-drinking style for cold and warm weather alike, the Alpine Loop has been a staple of our offerings since the brewery’s inception.

Kentucky Common
5.4-6.0% ABV

Pre-prohibition Style Ale
16oz $4.00, 8oz $3.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Kentucky Common

A dark amber, pre-prohibition style beer with a light body and mild flavor. Easily drinkable, with subtle caramel, nutty, and raisin flavors from roasted malts.

Kentucky Common is a pre-prohibition style from 1850s Louisville, Kentucky, as an attempt to brew beer similar to the European lager styles popular among immigrants at the time. Without access to caves to keep their lagers cool, brewers turned to locally-grown corn as an ingredient and used ale yeast to produce an entirely new “dark cream ale” style. The result was beer with a dark amber color but a surprisingly mild, malt-forward flavor with notes of caramel and raisin.

Oktoberfest Lager
6.0% ABV

European-style Festbier
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Oktoberfest Lager

A pale amber, malt-forward European-style festbier with notes of caramel and fresh-baked bread. Easy-drinking, with a mild hop profile and medium-bodied, smooth mouthfeel.

Traditionally, this style of beer is brewed for the world-famous Oktoberfest celebration in Germany. Today it is enjoyed worldwide, year-round. The toasted, bready flavors from Munich and Vienna malts dominate in this mildly hopped, thirst-quenching lager.

Blueberry Breakfast Ale (contains lactose)
7.3% ABV

Biscuity Ale with Real Vanilla Beans and Blueberry Purée
16oz $7.00, 8oz $4.50, 4oz $2.25
Glass of Blueberry Breakfast Ale

A medium-bodied, biscuity brew with intense blueberry and vanilla flavor. Complex and refreshing, with a flavor profile reminiscent of a blueberry scone.

Stephanie went above and beyond her beertending duties and developed a recipe to emulate a hearty blueberry pancake breakfast, with plenty of biscuit flavor from malts, creamy lactose, real vanilla beans, and, of course, real blueberry puree. All of these mesh perfectly to make a surprisingly easy-drinking beer with bready, fruity, and slightly sweet flavors. Like my grandpappy always said, you can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning!

Pumpkin Ale
6.8% ABV

Amber Ale with real Pumpkin Purée and Spices
16oz $7.00, 8oz $4.50, 4oz $2.25
Glass of Pumpkin Ale

A strong, pale amber ale made with real pumpkin puree and a classic blend of pumpkin pie spices. A slightly sweet and complex malty backbone supports a fruity pumpkin-honey flavor with a perfect balance of spices for a crisp and refreshing finish.

With the arrival of Autumn comes all our favorite fall flavors – spiced lattes, fresh sweet corn, roasted chili peppers, and, of course, pumpkin beer! Every year, we celebrate the changing of the leaves by using real honey, pumpkin puree, and a classic pie spice blend in a hearty Amber ale recipe to craft a satisfying and thirst-quenching beverage. This beer has a brilliant pale amber color, a mildly sweet and spicy aroma, and is packed with delicious honey, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice flavors. The finish is delightfully refreshing and will leave you craving the next sip!

Back to School Brown Ale
5.7-6.2% ABV

American Brown Ale
16oz $5.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Back to School Brown Ale

A well-balanced, medium-bodied brown ale with prominent toffee, chocolate, and raisin flavors atop a refreshing, mild hop profile.

A medium-bodied, dark brown ale filled with complex toffee, chocolate, and raisin flavors from dark malts and a mild, refreshing hop profile. This well-balanced and easy-drinking ale was conceived as Tori’s final recipe of the summer before she had to go “back to school” to teach the young minds of the future.

Irish Stout
5.4-5.6% ABV

Irish-style Dry Stout
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00

A light- to medium-bodied stout featuring rich chocolate and coffee flavors from roasted malts, a silky mouthfeel, and a dry, slightly bitter finish.

A classic in Ireland and beyond, Irish stout is a light- to medium-bodied stout with a very dark color, strong coffee-like roasted flavors, and a dry finish. We’ve tweaked our recipe over years of research and development to produce a beer with a rich dark chocolate character and a noble hop profile for an elegantly balanced, drinkable beverage with a subtle bitter finish. We also offer this beer on the traditional Nitro dispensing system to improve the silky, smooth mouthfeel or for those who just want to enjoy a stout poured in the traditional Irish manner!

Darth Saison
6.3-7.0% ABV

Dark Farmhouse Ale
16oz $6.00, 8oz $4.00, 4oz $2.00
Glass of Darth Saison Farmhouse Ale

An exceptionally dark farmhouse ale that balances a subtle sweetness and Belgian yeast characteristics with stonefruit and caramel flavors from toasted malts.

Darth Saison was born in Ryan’s homebrewing days from a rather fortunate accident. Rather than adding a few ounces of dark, roasted grains to a saison recipe, several pounds were added instead! The result is an exceptionally dark farmhouse-style ale with a unique flavor profile including notes of dark fruits and caramel combined with a classic Belgian yeast character.
